Pajama Party!
For a few years now we have gone to our good friends Adam and Jami's house for a New Years Eve celebration. The very best part (besides wearing our pajamas) are the deserts! All the families come together, desert in hand, while the kids scream (literally, while running in circles), play, laugh and argue like normal kiddos. The parents relax, drink, snack and try to ignore the noise while having grownup conversations. There really is no better time to reminisce with good friends then at the end of a long and exciting year.
The Party is to celebrate the 9pm (East Coast) New Year's.
Poor Noah was barely holding on at 8pm. While most of the children ran around, he would lay down on the floor and play with a small toy. It was so sweet. Those tired eyes make me melt!
My friends are VERY good at making babies!
The Woodalls just had their 3rd child. Eliza, being held by her big sister Iris. They are pros by now and proved it by CALMLY enjoyed the evening with us and their 12 day old daughter. What great examples they are to us!
We missed Eric very much tonight! While we celebrated with friends, he was working hard to support our family. He is such a hard worker and such a wonderful husband and father. I am thankful for Eric and excited to start another new year, new adventures and experience more life with my handsome husband and family.
Happy New Year to all of our family and friends.
God bless you in 2010!
Happy New Year to you and your family!
